S LADY offers in-house alteration services, only at our One Raffles Place outlet. We provide a full range of alteration and tailoring services for clothing purchased from us. Our in-house experienced and professional tailor uses premium quality threads, sewing accessories, and equipment that are sourced locally.

How much is an alteration?
It is FREE for the first alteration within 7 days of the order. Please refer to the price list above for the estimated prices for your alteration needs.
What kind of payment do you accept for alteration services?
We accept cash, and major credit cards & debit cards.
Do you offer any online alteration service?
Sorry, we do not. Our alteration are currently all in-house, you can however, take your online purchase to our One Raffles Place outlet for alteration. Please be advised that once an item has been altered, you are unable to exchange it.
Do you allow walk-ins or do I have to book an appointment?
Due to the current Covid-19 situation and for your convenience, please contact us to book your timeslot before coming down to our store at One Raffles Place.
How long does the alteration services take?
Depending on how many pieces, it can take 5 to 7 working days.
Can you ship the clothing once they are done?
We are unable to, please come down to our One Raffles Place to collect your pieces, thank you.
How long can you hold my altered clothing for before I go down to collect?
We hold your order until you come by to collect, but please do try and collect as soon as you can.
