(a) By placing an order on our Site, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

(b) Dispatch times may vary according to the availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays which we will not be responsible for. Please see our “Shipping and Exchange” for further information.

(c) If your order is accepted and ready for processing, we will inform you by email, the confirmation receipt and acceptance of order.

(d) When placing an order, you undertake the responsibility that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of local shipping and foreign products may fluctuate. All product prices are subjected to such changes.

S LADY reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders in our discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe the customer’s conduct violates applicable law, or is harmful to others, or S LADY’s business interests. 6. COLOURS AND MEASUREMENTS

S LADY has made every effort to display the colour of our products, as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, phone, or device you are browsing from. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate.

An item’s measurements provided on the Site are only approximate values to give you a better understanding and visual of the model or fit of that specific item, and not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its products.

7. PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. S LADY shall reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product(s) without notice at any time. S LADY shall not be liable to you or to any Third Party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the product(s).

8. PROMOTIONS

S LADY may provide you with a “one-time-use” discount code for your individual use only to enjoy promotional offers off your orders at checkout, which you may use, so long as your use is consistent with our Terms and Conditions.

9. PAYMENTS

All payments made on the Site are processed via Stripe, a merchant who supports major credit and debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club. This ensures that your payment details are not recorded on our databases at any stage of the order process but are securely stored with Stripe. Stripe has been certified in the card payment industry with PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.

S LADY accepts payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay too.

The Site may contain links to other Third Party websites that are not owned or controlled by S LADY, whose privacy practices may differ from those of ours. If you submit personal data to any of the Third Party websites, your personal data is not subject to our Privacy Practice.
